Reiki is hands on natural helaing using Universal Life Force Energy. People use Reiki for relaxation, stress reduction, symtpom relief and in efforts to improve overall health and well being. In Reiki I the participants will learn more about the history of Reiki, learn how to do Reiki on themselves, hand placements, work with a pendulum, and will receive their own personal Reiki Attunment in class. Reiki I focuses on self healing and connecting to a deeper level with Reiki Energy.
