She will be creating powerful sound waves with the instruments in the room which will permeate through your body. These sound waves have a strong potential for moving energy which can get stuck in the body. Stuck energy can lead to aches & pains. As Americans we lock ourselves into "go" mode & are always "doing" which can lead us into the state of Fight & flight. The opposite of that is what harmonic sound is extremely good at getting to...that deep relaxation place. The place were healing can actually occur!
