Yoga Nidra is often referred to as Yogic Sleep but it is also an awakening into a specific state of mind, into deep relaxation. You will be guided toward an awake sleep-like state where the mind is kept quietly aware & alert. Through practice we can eventually go into the Delta-Deep Sleep which is an ideal state to access subconscious for deep & powerful reprogramming. We will use some relaxation techniques, mudras, and guided visualation to help you deepen your state of awareness.
