In Reiki I you will learn about the History of Reiki, discuss an overview of the chakras, learn hand placements for self Reiki and talk about self practice. We will also discuss how to assess the energy body.

Reiki I focuses on self-healing and practicing Reiki on yourself. First we connect to the energy of Reiki by practicing Reiki on ourselves and focusing on our own healing before we continue with others in Reiki II.
A unique part of the training is that you will receive an Attunement: an initiation that opens one’s access to the flow of Reiki or earth energy from a Reiki Master.
No experience necessary.
